Regarding the change of AB “Linas” director and resignation of Board’s member

On January 27, 2016 AB “Linas” director Saulius Sidlauskas has resigned from director’s position and from members of the Board. Ramunas Lenciauskas, AB “Linas”  chairman of the Board, is starting  to function as the director of AB “Linas” from January 28, 2016.
